If for some reason you buy some of our products and are unsatisfied, rest assured we will not leave you hanging. We would be happy to send you a one time replacement or even offer you some store credit in the amount of the original purchase. You must contact us within fifteen (15) days of the purchase.

If something happens in transit and your order is delivered damaged, we would also be happy to send you a replacement or even offer you some store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. You must contact us within seven (7) days of the purchase.

If something even more messed up happens and your order gets completely lost  or delivered to the Bermuda Triangle, then we would still be happy to send you a replacement or even offer you some store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
